EMAIL

We apply for and setup email with Microsoft Office 365. Microsoft graciously donates the Office 365 Nonprofit Business Essentials to qualified nonprofits (Church’s).

MASS EMAIL

We will setup Mailchimp for you. Mailchimp is currently free to use for accounts with less than 2,000 subscribers (emails)

WEBHOSTING

We will apply for and setup hosting with Microsoft Azure. Microsoft currently donates $3,500 per year in credits towards Azure Services (web hosting) to qualified nonprofits (Church’s).

SERVICE.

A great Parish website can bring a newcomer into the Church. It can serve as the go to place for Parish news, it can be a repository of past news.

We love using technology as a solution. The solution is different for every parish. What are we trying to solve? Reduce calls to the Parish Admin, Parish Priest? Get the “Youth” of the parish to read an article? Raise awareness about an upcoming event?

Hosting your site…

When hosting with the nonprofit Microsoft Azure Donation is not an option our recommendation is SiteGround! SiteGround servers are very affordable (at the time of this article) about $60 annually. Included with that is the ability to use a Free SSL certificate through Let’s Encrypt. Many other hosts do not allow this type of SSL and sell you a SSL. SSL allows a site to load securely on HTTP/2, now a secure site on its own is not faster than a non-secure site however HTTP/2 is faster.
